Today sees the return of Small Business Saturday, a nationwide campaign to raise awareness of Small Businesses.  First established in the US in 2010 by American Express, Small Business Saturday first came to the UK two years ago with huge success.

The campaign is backed by business organisations, trade bodies, local authorities & entrepreneurs and aims to raise awareness of small businesses through activities and promotions, not just on 5th December itself, but also beyond.  This year it will see 5 million UK small businesses come together to showcase their work & achievements.
